Home is where the smoothie bowls are. This is my Matcha Minty Magic Morning bowl.
handful spinach
handful baby kale
banana
tbsp of almond butter
fresh mint leaves
tbsp of cacao nibs
tbsp hemp seeds
tbsp coconut flakes
3 drops of peppermint oil
tsp of matcha powder
Blend it all up with coconut milk and pour into a bowl. Decorate with leftover ingredients, I used pecans, walnuts, cacao nibs and banana. Voila, share with a friend and make sure you chew each bite slowly and enjoy!
