Societal pressures to be constantly productive and the ingrained belief that self-care is selfish only complicate our journey towards self-love. But here's the truth: making time for self-love isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity, especially for our hormonal health and overall flow.

Our bodies are intricate systems that thrive on balance. Hormones, those tiny chemical messengers, play a crucial role in regulating our mood, energy levels, and even our capacity for joy.
