Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and transformation is no small feat, which is why I offer a supportive and nurturing 1:1 coaching container for my clients, spanning a period of three months.
This dedicated time is a sacred space for you to dive deep into your whole life. With a focus on your physical health, and how they can effect your thoughts, emotions and beliefs, and to gain a deeper understanding of the patterns and habits that shape your life. Through ongoing self-reflection and introspection, you will have the opportunity to delve into the depths of your being, and to unravel the mysteries of your mind.
It is a minimum of 3 month commitment, as this is a process of unwinding old thought patterns, and embracing new and empowering habits, practices and ways of thinking and being. With my guidance, you will develop a keen insight into your own thought processes, and the ability to recognise and challenge negative or limiting beliefs that may have been holding you back.
Supported with practical integration, weekly worksheets, and ongoing accountability. Plus, we'll work together to develop strategies to improve your physical health, making it a holistic journey to wellness.

My natural nutrition philosophy compliments my coaching approach. By focusing on the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and nourishing our bodies with wholesome, natural foods, we can tap into a life-giving energy that uplifts and sustains us. This is why I incorporate my Solar Nutrition and Natural Foods chef training into my coaching practice, encouraging clients to follow the natural rhythms of the sun, the seasons, and the cycles of nature. By doing so, we not only feel more connected to our bodies, but also to the world around us.
Food is not just fuel for our bodies, it's also information that affects our emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. By choosing real, whole, natural foods, we can provide our bodies with the nutrients they need to function at their best, and support our mental and emotional well-being.
